This Privacy Policy explains how AEGYZ LTD, trading as Licensebeam ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit or buy from licensebeam.com (the "Store"). AEGYZ LTD is registered in England and Wales (Company Number 17251941) at 46 Throwley Way, Sutton, Surrey, England, SM1 4AF, and is the business responsible for your personal information.

1. Information we collect

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined by U.S. state privacy laws, other than account or payment details needed to complete your purchase.

2. How we use your information

• To process, produce, ship and support your orders, including printing your custom artwork;
• To communicate with you about your order, proofs, returns and customer service;
• To send marketing emails where you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email);
• To detect and prevent fraud and protect the security of the Store;
• To improve and analyze the Store and our products;
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed with:

• Our e-commerce platform, Shopify, which hosts the Store and processes orders;
• Payment processors to process payments securely;
• Production and fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to make and deliver your order;
• Analytics and advertising providers (for example, Google or Meta) where you have not opted out;
• Professional advisers and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights;
• A buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, some uses of advertising cookies may be considered "selling" or "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising under certain U.S. state laws. You can opt out as described in section 6.

4. Cookies and tracking

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to keep the Store working (for example, your cart), to understand how the Store is used, and to show relevant ads. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any cookie banner shown on the Store. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Store works.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: Our Store does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as there is no common industry standard for them. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising, where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements (usually up to 6 years for order records). Uploaded artwork is retained for up to 12 months after your order so you can reorder easily, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your U.S. privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:

• know and access the personal information we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate personal information;
• delete your personal information;
• obtain a portable copy of your personal information;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising;
• not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise these rights, email info@licensebeam.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will verify your identity by matching information you provide with information we hold, and respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof of their authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

California residents

In the last 12 months we collected the categories of personal information listed in section 1, for the purposes listed in section 2, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients listed in section 3. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you may also request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes; we do not make such disclosures.

7. Children's privacy

The Store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, and payments are encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom and our service providers may process data in the United States, the United Kingdom and other countries. Where we transfer personal information, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we may also notify you by email.
