1. About us

licensebeam.com (the "Store") is operated by AEGYZ LTD, trading as Licensebeam ("we", "us", "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 17251941, with its registered office at 46 Throwley Way, Sutton, Surrey, England, SM1 4AF. 2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and printed colors may vary slightly from on-screen artwork. Product dimensions and weights are approximate. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Where a product displays a "compare at" or previous price, that price reflects a price at which the product was genuinely offered. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely through our e-commerce platform (Shopify) and its payment partners; we do not store your full card details.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

6. Custom orders and your artwork

When you submit logos, images, text or other artwork for a custom product ("Artwork"), you confirm that:

• you own the Artwork or have all necessary rights and permissions to use and print it;
• the Artwork does not infringe any trademark, copyright, privacy or other right of any person; and
• the Artwork is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful or otherwise objectionable.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Artwork solely to produce and deliver your order and to provide proofs to you. We may refuse any Artwork we believe breaches these terms. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from Artwork you supply. You are responsible for checking proofs carefully, including spelling, colors, layout and sizing, before approval.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to the shipping address you provided.

8. Warranties

We warrant that products will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Canopy tents and outdoor products must be used according to the included instructions: secured with suitable weights or stakes and not used in high winds, storms, or near open flames. Products are not warranted against damage caused by misuse, improper setup, severe weather, normal wear and tear, or modification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, except as expressly stated in these terms, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some U.S. states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Use of the Store

You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with its security or operation; upload viruses or malicious code; scrape or copy content without permission; or provide false information. All content on the Store, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Third-party links and services

The Store may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the United States, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence, and nothing in these terms prevents you from bringing a claim in a court or agency where you are entitled to do so under those laws. Before starting any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The "Last updated" date above shows when these terms were last changed.

14. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Store.
